Pedro is a Host/Producer for a national public affairs program and has a strong background in producing, writing, reporting, and anchoring. He has over 30 years of experience working in both radio and television.

Pedro has interviewed key members of the House of Representatives, Senators, presidential candidates, and spokespersons for major organizations and think tanks, as well as the journalists who cover it all.

Nicknamed the “Second Most Patient Man on Television,” Pedro has covered elections, breaking news stories, and current events. Occasionally, he produces the just-for-fun interview.

And, yes, hosts for the public affairs program use a teleprompter but only to to let them know the names of callers, where they are from, and to provide notes from the control room. The questions the hosts ask of guests and the conversations that take place during the live 3-hour viewer call-in show are not mapped out or written in advance.
